Sales orders on synfo.shop, an entity of SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS, are governed by the following conditions. This is an offer conditioned on SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS customers’ (“Buyers”) acceptance of all, and only, these T&C’s. This is the final and complete expression of all Terms and Conditions of the agreement. Any representations, promises, warranties, or statements that are not contained here are void. These Terms and Conditions can be modified, waived, or amended only by a written instrument signed by officers both Buyer and SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS.
Buyer will initiate purchase by placing requirements through synfo.shop’s portal. Orders will identify equipment manufactured, assembled, or otherwise produced (“Product”), unit quantities, part numbers, descriptions, applicable prices and requested delivery.
Dispatch details of the confirmed orders may take up to 2-7 business days to be shared thru official communication channels like e-mails, sms, whatsapp etc.
Terms of payments as opted by you at time of ordering. This may be initiated through a third-party microfinance institution widely recognized and accepted by customers Local and International, at the time of placing the order.
Products purchased do not come with return policy of any sort, no exceptions whatsoever. Products only qualify for returning when claiming RMA with prior approval from the vendor.
All warranty claims arising from or related to claims for deficient, defective or faulty products produced, purchased, sold or distributed by us should be claimed from the manufacturer or OEM of the product.
Look or feel of the product might be different from what is shown on our website “synfo.shop”.
Products shipped from SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS warehousing location are carefully packed in compliance with carrier requirements. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier by the Buyer. All shipments should be fully unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and all parts intact for inspection by the carrier’s agent. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do this may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
All sales tax, excise taxes, or other forms of taxes levied against this transaction shall be paid by Buyer over and above all other sums Buyer is or may become obligated to pay hereunder. These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the Products subject to an order. If you are exempt from tax, an original signed tax exemption certificate must be sent to SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS. Without a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file at SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS, all applicable taxes will be charged to the Buyer.
In the event SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS is forced to shut down or curtail its shipping or is unable to ship at the time specified because of fire, flood, windstorm, or other act of God, accident, fire, explosion, labor disturbance, act of any government or any agency or subdivision thereof, judicial action, sabotage, insurrection, riot or other act of civil disobedience, act of a public enemy, technical failure, shortage of raw materials, labor, machinery, energy, or transportation, including, but not limited to, railcar shortages or any cause whether or not similar to the causes listed above, beyond SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS reasonable control, SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS reserves the right, at its option, to Cancel this order (in either case without any liability to SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS or Buyer whatsoever). In no event shall SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS be contingency, SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS shall have the right to allocate its available supply among its buyers in SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS sole discretion.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your organization's Business Account and any associated business user accounts (if and when applicable), regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees or a third party (including your contractors or agents). Except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms, we and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to your Business Account or business user accounts (if applicable). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password/OTP. You may not disclose your password/OTP to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your Business Account or associated business user accounts, if applicable, in accordance with these Terms) and you are solely responsible for any use or action taken under your account. You will contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your Business Account or associated business user accounts, if applicable, or if you’re Business Account or any business user account information, if applicable, is lost or stolen. You agree that synfo.shop an entity of SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS is not responsible for, and will have no liability arising from, the disclosure of the information of your organization or any associated business user accounts to any user associated with your organization. If any user with a business user account that is associated with your Business Account leaves your organization or is no longer authorized to purchase, approve or otherwise act on behalf of your organization, you are solely responsible for contacting synfo.shop. IT (synfo.shop) disclaims all liability for, and you are solely responsible for, any actions taken or purchases made prior to closing, disabling or removing the user's business user account from the organization's Business Account.
SYNFOCOM SYSTEMS may find it in their right to take legal actions should they find any manipulation, breach or commitment-failure at the behest of the buyer, at Bombay High Court. If any phrase, clause or provision shall be declared void, the validity of any other provisions shall not be affected thereby.
