Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund can be claimed on

  • Non-delivered products – Non-Delivered can be considered after 3 working weeks of the expected delivery date.

  • Wrong product delivered – the difference in the model number, the brand name will consider.

2. Refund can’t be claimed

  • If delivered on time and complaint of damaged/wrong product not received within1 working days of receiving.

  • If the wrong delivery address is given.

  • If address changed after dispatch of the order

  • If the order is not received at the given address.

  • Order Cancellation can’t be accepted in any circumstances after dispatch of the consignment.

3. % of Refunded Amount may vary according to product, its category & discount/offers.

4. Only those products can be returned, which have a manufacturing defect, proven faulty within 24 hours of receipt of goods, which has to acknowledge by our support team via mail/SMS.

5. synfo.shop reserves all rights to cancel orders and raise full refund without sharing reason.

6. Delay in delivery is possible due to strike/whether condition etc.
